Sitelace ("we," "us") is a chat-driven WordPress site manager operated by Domfly LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us.
Basic, non-advertising diagnostics to keep the service working. We do not use third-party advertising trackers and we do not sell your data.
To generate chat replies and site edits, your message and site context are sent to our third-party AI provider, which processes it to return a response. Your content is not used to train third-party models.
We share data only with vendors that help us run Sitelace, under contract and only as needed: a third-party AI provider (AI text), Cloudflare (hosting), Neon (database). We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide Sitelace. When you delete your account we permanently erase your data from our active systems, and residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. See our Data Retention & Disposal Policy.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS) and stored encrypted at rest.
Sitelace is not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy; we'll revise the date above and notify you for material changes.
