Billy Strickland StylistBilly is originally from the Charleston, West Virginia area coming to Bay County after resigning from United Airlines, post 9-11. Billy began shampooing and assisting at Carley and Company in 2003, discovering his passion for the beauty industry, he enrolled in school and has been a Licensed Florida Hairstylist since 2004.Billy is a certified Goldwell Color Specialist. He is known for his creativity and client - focused drive, approaching each client as a blank canvas for opportunity. Billy's creative outlet lies within a world of color bowls and brushes.Billy has attended Goldwell Academy & Pivot Point International.In 2006 he was invited to become a Goldwell Technical Advisor.He believes that you can never stop learning in this ever changing industry so he stays current with trends and attends continuing education classes so he is able to cater to a wide range of clientele. Billy's number one goal is for his clients to be confident and satisfied with their hairstyle.
Carley "Joe" PenderOwner/StylistJoe specializes in precision cutting and with his artistic vision and impeccable attention to detail, enjoys working with clients to come up with styles individualized to their needs. A master at his craft, he keeps up with latest techniques and hair trends. Joe has been in the beauty industry since 1982 and has owned Carley and Company....A unique Salon in the Cove area of Panama City, FL. since 1994.He is a certified Goldwell Color Specialist and has had numerous continuing education classes in haircutting and styling. His talent is creating natural looking color and highlights and completing the look with fabulous haircuts!

Angie McNeil Roberts, StylistAngie has been a licensed Florida hairstylist since 1985, as well as being licensed in New Mexico, Alabama, and Virginia. She was born and raised in Panama City, Fl.Angie has extensive training and has worked as an educator with Scruples and has taught the Cosmetology program at Washington - Homes Technical Center, She has attended cutting and color classes under some of the biggest names in the salon industry,Sandra Yu - former creative director for Rusk, Hiroshi of Beverely Hills, Martin Parsons - the up-do King, Nick Arrojo - what not to wear and Sam villa to name a few. Angie has worked as a barber perfecting the art of men's hairstyling. Having a passion for this industry she always strives to create an environment in which her clients are at ease to express themselves and their ideas.
